If Clio does not work as described, or a billing mistake happened, contact support and include the purchase details. This policy is meant to be clear while respecting any mandatory rights that apply under local law.

General Rule

What refunds usually do and do not cover.

Usually considered

Duplicate billing, accidental overlapping subscriptions, or product access that cannot be made to work as described after support review.

Usually not covered

Change-of-mind requests after substantial use, missed cancellations after a long delay, or issues caused by unsupported local environments.
