Service
What you are buying.
Clio is a local-first software product for building and querying structured memory from your own material.
Access is sold as a recurring subscription unless a different offer is explicitly shown at checkout.
Your install and runtime access may depend on a valid license key tied to an active subscription.
Checkout, billing, receipts, and subscription management are handled through Lemon Squeezy’s hosted commerce flow.
Clio currently focuses on a local CLI, a local memory layer, and optional MCP access for assistant clients.
Use And Support
Reasonable operating rules.
Do not use Clio in ways that violate applicable law, payment platform rules, or third-party service terms.
Some features may depend on third-party services such as model providers, payment services, hosting, or storage infrastructure.
The product will evolve over time. Pricing, features, and implementation details may change with notice through the site or billing flow.
Support is available through the public support channel. Response times are best-effort and vary by issue type and volume.
Refund handling follows the public refund policy on this site and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
