Service

Clio is a local-first software product for building and querying structured memory from your own material.

Subscription access

Access is sold as a recurring subscription unless a different offer is explicitly shown at checkout.

License key

Your install and runtime access may depend on a valid license key tied to an active subscription.

Hosted checkout

Checkout, billing, receipts, and subscription management are handled through Lemon Squeezy’s hosted commerce flow.

Product scope

Clio currently focuses on a local CLI, a local memory layer, and optional MCP access for assistant clients.

Use And Support

Reasonable operating rules.

Lawful use

Do not use Clio in ways that violate applicable law, payment platform rules, or third-party service terms.

Third-party providers
