What To Include
When you contact support, include enough context for the issue to be reproduced or routed quickly.
Include the purchase email address, what you expected to happen, and the current subscription state if visible.
Include the install command you ran, the exact error, and whether the license validation check passed.
Include the charge date, the reason for the request, and any troubleshooting steps already taken.
Machine type, OS version, Python version, and whether you are using a local or hosted model backend.
